Mr. Gamble was born in San Antonio, TX to Harold Clark and Sheila Lynn Gamble Nov. 22nd. Raised primarily by his mother & grand parents, James "JB" SR. & Elsie "Dee Dee" Gamble, the Professor moved around from the Southern Beltway.
Balancing his passion for Basketball and music, Harold was able to secure the necessary credentials to attend college at Texas Southern University. Before attending TSU, Harold graduated from high school in 'the dirty" red clay of Macon, GA. Prior to his GA experience, he began his music journey in the Lone Star state, were he began to compose his first songs.
Back in Houston at the ripe age of 13, The Professor let Houston witness his Freestyle flow live over the hot air waves of 97.9 The Box's 'Roll Call'. Now back in the place that he calls home, San Antonio, Gamble reconnected with his old childhood friends to found The Varcity Squad.
